Finders Keepers promotions

Finders Keepers has been training and developing its staff – and promoting from within. Charles Saunders becomes Senior Project Manager at Finders Keepers’ in-house building team Bricks & Mortar, Marie Demptster has been promoted to Project Manager at Bricks & Mortar and Rose Loy is now Senior Letting Manager in Finders Keepers’ East Oxford office. Charles has been with the company for four years, originally covering maternity leave for the Property Co-ordinator in the Banbury office. His degree in Property Development with Quantity Surveying did not go unnoticed, though, so when the opportunity arose, they appointed him as Project Manager at Bricks & Mortar, now he is tasked with bringing even larger projects through to conclusion and bringing in new business. Marie Dempster has only been with the company for a year as a Project Co-ordinator for Bricks & Mortar responding to leads, producing estimates, draft contracts and administrating the gas safety database. Now, as a Project Manager, she will manage small renovation projects from concept to completion. Rose Loy has been with Finders Keepers since 2012 where she impressed with her degree in Property Agency and Marketing from the Royal Agricultural University.
