Senior estate agency stalwart celebrates 20 years with Hamptons
One of Hamptons’ all-female executive team who rose through the company ranks is celebrating 20 years with the company. Mary Beeton, who is now head of residential sales and residential development, (main picture) started with the company in 2003 when a pint of milk was only 36p. She enjoyed some successful years as associate director in the firm’s Wimbledon Village branch before becoming regional director in 2010, overseeing branches in north, south, and east London. She later became head of sales for London, and then the company’s overall head of sales with responsibility for residential development. Currently, she looks after 92 branches and 12 land and new home ‘hubs’ that make up Hamptons residential sales and development divisions. ‘Amazing career’ Beeton is a keen environmentalist and she formed the company’s working group on sustainability, Project Planet, in 2018.
