New homes gets new appointment at LRG

The Leaders Romans Group has appointed Llinos Lewis as New Homes & Shared Ownership Sales Manager in the Midlands. Llinos has over five years’ experience in the housing industry, initially as a Trainee Sale Advisor for Avant Homes, before progressing to the role of Regional Sales Manager in the Central region. This appointment reflects the sustained growth in the region across the Group and, in particular, the significant land instructions. David Hutchinson, who leads the Land and Development team, said, “This is an exciting time for the company in the Midlands and is the right time to introduce this service function to complement the pipeline of strategic sites we have generated through landowner instructions.” Tim Foreman, Leaders Romans Group MD of Land & New Homes, said, “We are very pleased to have further expanded our New Homes offering to the Midlands region and are sure with Llinos’s experience and reputation in the area that this will be a very successful part of our business.”
