Thirty ‘Goldin’ years
Temple Fortune agency, Alan Goldin Estates, is celebrating its 30th anniversary. To mark this milestone, the estate agent held an open day for its customers and associates to thank them for their continued support and showcase their latest properties.
The firm was established in 1992 when average house prices were around £55k and soon made its mark in the lettings business. With the average London house price now around £500k, the 35-44 age group is three times more likely to rent than 20 years ago, creating an all-time record demand for rental accommodation.
Since April 2021 when Alan Goldin was acquired by property management and maintenance firm Home Minders, the business has benefitted from shared resources, facilities and staff, going from strength to strength. Earlier this year the company achieved Safeagent status. Managing Director, Paul Ruocco, said: “We’re very proud to have been at the heart of the local property scene for the last three decades and we look forward to further strengthening our capability to deliver first class residential lettings and sales.”
