Short lets Prime Central London (PCL) rentals are achieving up to £15,000 per week according to the luxury estate agency Aston Chase, which has recently partnered with uber-luxe short-term rental firm Veeve.
Th upmarket short lets rental platform is working with almost 15,000 wealthy overseas visitors this summer, seeking out ‘home from home’ holidays in prime residential London properties.
In this lucrative period for short-term homes, Aston Chase and Veeve focus on marketing super luxury properties to visitors from Asia (China, Hong Kong, and Singapore) and the Middle East (Saudi Arabia, Qatar Kuwait and UAE).
Homes in St John’s Wood, Regent’s Park and Marylebone are achieving up to £10,000 per week, a house on Hamilton Terrace would be up to £40,000 per week and a house on Avenue Road can achieving up to £50,000 per week.
Some Middle Eastern clients prefer apartments over houses due to the conveniences of 24hr Concierge facilities with some super-luxury Central London apartments achieving rents in excess of £35,000 per week.
Veeve, based in London, LA and Paris, provides hotel-style services for short-term rental clients including a meet and greet service, professional housekeeping, a concierge, home comforts including private airport transfers and fridge stocking and linen, towels and toiletries.
It takes care of property management, vets all customers and offer homeowners and vendors a free photo shoot of their property with no sign-up fee.
