A senior manager at Epropservices responsible for its recent push into the iBuyer market has been promoted to be one of its top executives.

Phillipa Legg, who lead the launch of Epropservice’s iBuyer initiative last year and featured in an interview with Phil Spencer, is now the company’s Chief Operating Officer.

“I am looking forward to working with the Senior Management Team to help make Epropservices stronger and more flexible, whilst identifying and making the most of new opportunities,” she says.

Before joining as Head of Operations in April 2019, Legg held senior financial and operational positions at both LSL and before that Countrywide, which she joined in 2012 as a marketing assistant.

The promotions, which takes its top team to ten people headed up by Group CEO Jon Cooke, are part of the group’s major push to expand its Guild and Fine & Country brands, backed by millions of pounds from City firm Toscafund – which owns half its shares.

They also make the company a more gender balanced outfit – five of its senior team are now women including recently-arrived Nicky Stevenson, who is MD of Fine & Country.

Further Toscafund investments have included the acquisition of two proptech lead generation firms recently, Starberry and The Property Jungle.

Jon Cooke, CEO of Epropservices, comments: “After delivering strategic expertise at Epropservices for a number of years, we are delighted to welcome Phillipa Legg and Lucie Heanley into their new roles. As we continue to drive innovation and enhance our product and service offering to the property sector, Phillipa will focus the organisation on optimal execution of operational and strategic plans and Lucie will oversee knowledge management to maintain Epropservices’ competitive advantage.”
