Hamptons expands new homes division via regional hubs
Recently re-branded agency is expanding in the South and SW of England after success elsewhere with a beefed-up new homes offering.

Hamptons is expanding its new homes offering in the South and South West of England, following the success of its residential development business in London, Greater London and the Home Counties.
The agent has created a network of 12 new homes hubs to support its 90+ office network by re-structuring new homes in London and appointing Tom Hawkins as new head of residential development for central London, who is returning to Hamptons from Knight Frank where he was a partner and director for new homes.
Hamptons has also appointed new heads of residential development: Martyn Swinson (Bristol and Bath); James Dalton (Reading and surrounding areas); Mark O’Kane (Enfield); and Warren Lambert (Hertford). A new post for Winchester and Salisbury has yet to be filled.
Mary Beeton (main pic), head of Hamptons residential sales who is overseeing this expansion, says the company aims to build on its existing successful new homes business in order to represent high quality developments across the network.
National developers
“This ranges from one-off new build homes to schemes with hundreds of units from independent house builders and major national developers alike, whatever they are building and wherever they are building it,” says Beeton.
“With 45% of all new build instructions sold through our branch network already we ensure that our teams work seamlessly together to give the best possible results and service for our new build customers.”
The move is being supported by significant growth and investment in both the residential consultancy and PRS departments, as well as with the re-brand of Hamptons’ Lanes New Homes in Enfield and Hertford to Hamptons earlier this year.
