The Stow Brothers plan Islington office opening
Founders of The Stow Brothers, Kenny and Andrew Goad, say the new Islington office carries a personal significance as well as a strategic one.
Independent London estate agency, The Stow Brothers, is set to open a new office on Upper Street in Islington this summer, marking the next chapter in the company’s continued growth across the capital.
Already established across East London and West Essex, the move into Islington represents a natural expansion for the business and carries a personal significance as well as a strategic one for founders, Kenny and Andrew Goad.
“Islington is an area that has always felt like home to us – our great grandfather Alf actually had a jeweller’s on Upper street!” commented Kenny. “And we know there is a real sense of character, creativity and community here, and it aligns closely with how we see property. Opening in Islington feels like a very special moment.”
New branch lead

Leading the new office will be Russell Gooden, who joins as Sales Manager. With strong local knowledge and extensive experience in the London market, Russell will head up the sales operation and help establish Stow Brothers’ presence in the area.
Andrew said: “We are delighted to have Russell on board. He understands the local market, but more importantly he shares our approach to doing things thoughtfully, with care, honesty and attention to detail.”
The Islington office has been architecturally designed to reflect both the Stow Brothers brand and its new surroundings. Supporting the launch is a creative campaign developed by Studio.Build, centred around a specially commissioned poem.
The campaign will run across print, digital and outdoor channels, bringing a softer, more narrative-led approach to announcing the brand’s arrival in Islington.
The Islington team will begin operating locally ahead of the official office opening, with services covering residential sales, lettings and property management.
