Since its launch in early December, Solihull-based DM & Co. Homes has seen its new Land & New Homes department experience outstanding success.

In the first eight weeks, the department has been instructed on four brand new residential developments in its area, ranging from two-bedroom homes at £250,000+ to large luxury properties in the town centre with prices starting at £850,000. Well-known land and new homes expert, Chris Evans, was recruited by DM & Co. Homes to bring his expertise to bear on opportunities for Midlands developers.

Chris most recently worked at Paul Carr Estate Agents in north Birmingham having been a land agent with Hunters in Knowle before that. Chris said, “We are also incredibly proactive when it comes to sourcing and selling land, handling the majority of such opportunities off-market.

“Since we launched, we’ve tied up one large development plot in Knowle, one in Solihull and we have a good number of plots that are being dealt with off market and that we are preparing to launch on the open market within the next few weeks.”

Dominic Murphy added, “There is clearly a local appetite for a dynamic, forward thinking land agent, and Chris has been a breath of fresh air.”
