Keller Williams bursts into lettings market with KW Move brand
The UK arm of the Texas-based 'individual agent' franchise group says it's making an impact in lettings, based on strong support and technology.
Keller Williams UK’s lettings arm, KW Move is reporting a 300% increase in managed tenancies.
The franchise group says the growth has been achieved over an 18-month period and credits the success to its development in administration, management and compliance support for its individual agent franchisees.
It points out that its strength is in the most difficult areas of property management, which has created a robust business model for agents to adopt.
Adoption of new technology to support agents has also contributed greatly and gives their agents 24/7 access to the service.
