Housing and regeneration consultancy, Red Loft, has appointed Annabel McKie as South East Director.

Annabel will focus on a continued expansion for the company’s service offer, as well as developing Red Loft’s offer in the mixed-use space. Concentrating on local authority and housing association clients, Annabel will work closely with Red Loft Partners, fellow Development Directors and Land and Sales Directorates to ensure a high quality and co-ordinated approach for all Red Loft’s client commissions.

Most recently, Annabel worked as Project Director at Red Loft, initially working as a freelance Associate. Prior to this, Annabel led on several high-profile and complex development and sales directorates for companies including Golding Homes and Raven Housing Trust. Her experience in the affordable housing sector is matched by a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects through the planning and due diligence stages, as well as managing projects on site. Annabel commented: “I am delighted to be continuing my professional career within Red Loft, in what is an unprecedented time for residential property and development, especially in the affordable housing sector.”
