Hat and Home centralises operations with swish and very cool new headquarters
The independent estate agency’s fifth office is in Sandhurst and is now its headquarters where it has centralised its entire back office.
Hat and Home has centralised its entire back office operations into its new Sandhurst headquarters after a full refurbishment made it the ideal location for all its key functions including financial services, fleet and facilities, marketing, sales progression and tenancy services.
The 2700sq ft, three-storey building on Yorktown Road, Sandhurst, Berkshire (main picture) has undergone a major refurbishment since The Neg reported its initial opening in August and is described by Founder Ben Gee as being ‘modern, inviting and unforgettable’.
SIGNATURE FEATURES
The office itself incorporates Hat and Home’s signature features, including the company values proudly displayed on the walls, stylish brick partitions, a living moss wall, signature bowler hat lights, vintage fruit machine and in a nod to its roots with a prominently placed Paul Young album.
The upper floors boast a pool table, dartboard, games console and table tennis table for the team to use at their leisure as well as a fully stocked bar in the boardroom and training room.
