Savills appoints new head of sales in Brook Green
Savills has strengthened its west London team, appointing Paul Christian as its new head of office and residential sales in Brook Green.
Paul Christian has joined Savills as its new Brook Green head of office and residential sales.
Having spent nearly two decades working in estate agency across the capital, and with a family background in property development, Paul began his career as a negotiator with Foxtons in Islington and spent ten years with the company.
Experienced in establishing and leading high performing teams, Paul left Foxtons for Marsh & Parsons in Notting Hill, later transferring to head up the agency’s Islington and subsequently Marylebone & Mayfair sales operations. He comes to Savills after several years running the firm’s Little Venice office.
Key hire
A key hire for Savills London residential business, Paul has a deep understanding of the west London property market and significant experience across the prime sector. He joins a cluster with a strong track record for selling some of west London’s most prestigious and highest value properties. In his new role, Paul will also work closely with colleagues in central London whose clients are heading west in search of more space.
