Zoopla inks deal with UK’s biggest private housebuilder
Bloor Homes teams up with second largest property portal in exclusive 12-month agreement.

One of Britain’s biggest housebuilders has signed an exclusive 12-month deal with Zoopla to market new homes.
All of Bloor Homes‘ 80 developments across all nine regions in England will list on the UK’s second biggest property portal.
The agreement will see Zoopla support the company’s marketing throughout the development of schemes in areas such as Birmingham, Manchester and Liverpool.
Bloor Homes is the country’s biggest non-listed housebuilder, and the ninth largest overall. It has achieved a five-star customer satisfaction rating for the sixth year running, and currently offers a range of schemes to help buyers including a mortgage subsidy, assisted move, part-exchange and deposit unlock.
The company says that by teaming up with Zoopla it will enjoy access to a powerful range of data-led marketing tools, including the portal’s remarketing tool, which help reach active property seekers away from its website using unique first-data party profiling.
Easy to track leads
Bloor will also benefit from in-search advertising, designed to identify areas of high demand outside the immediate area of a development.
In addition, Zoopla’s progression portal will unlock full reporting on leads, making it easy for the company to monitor which channels are performing best and track the source of a lead through to reservation.
