Simon Cross steps down as Sequence Divisional Managing Director
Although long-serving MD Simon Cross is stepping down he will continue working on key projects for Connells.

After 17 years in the role Simon Cross is stepping down as Divisional Managing Director of the Southern region of Sequence, one of Connells Group’s core estate agency businesses.
37 years of service

During his 37 years of service Cross has made a significant contribution to Connells Group’s Estate Agency and Mortgage Services divisions.
For the last 17 years he has led the South Division which has made a profit contribution of over £40m. After stepping down from his role, he will remain within Connells Group to support future projects.
Giles Hart, Connells Group’s National Managing Director (Estate Agency), said: “We are thankful to Simon for the outstanding contribution he has provided throughout a distinguished career over 37 years of service.

Simon will leave the post at the end of 2024 and Alison Nunez has been appointed to fill the role of Divisional Managing Director for Sequence’s South Division.
She brings a wealth of property experience to Connells Group, having experience in residential sales, lettings and new homes.
Nunez commented: “I am delighted to be returning to the Group where I started my career. Coming back is a perfect fit for me and I am excited to contribute to the future of the Sequence South business.”
