The Agent Rainmaker founder says her new app, called Letty, will revolutionise how agents deal with landlord leads.

Agent Rainmaker founder and lettings agent Sally Lawson (main image) has launched a proptech platform and app that uses AI to help letting agencies manage inbound landlord leads and convert them into sales.

Called Letty, the chatbot has been developed by her with digital marketing consultant Steve Warne, handling everything from pre-qualifying leads to booking appointments with landlords.

But Lawson says that, perhaps most importantly, it engages with leads when they’re at their hottest – at the point of contact.

“Letty can do what your staff members do – quite often in a more efficient way – which also frees them up to help you in your drive to upsell, focus on relationship management, and launch new services,” says Warne.

“The tech is built differently than any of our other lead generation tools and truly understands the customer journey and what needs to happen in order for an appointment to be booked and confirmed.”

Letty looks for specific tags and funnels before working out which SMS or email to send, as well as the follow-up sequence of communications including requested reminders.

Revolution

Lawson, who launched Agent Rainmaker in 2016 but has been a lettings agent since the 1990s, says: “Letty will be a revolution to so many business owners who find themselves doing all of this hard and gruelling work before they actually get calls booked in.

“And, it’ll give them more time to focus on making more money and profit, like creating sales funnels that are specifically targeted to a landlord who’s looking to sell or whose mortgage deal is ending.

“Yes, many think of AI as scary and potentially dangerous – and make no mistake, it can be in the wrong hands. But, in lettings, it has the potential to change everything.”
