Big estate agency celebrates Neg award ‘triumph’
Beresfords Group expresses their delight at scooping a silver at the prestigious Negotiator Awards for their property website.

Winning silver for property Website of the Year at the Negotiator Awards last week was “a real triumph”, says CEO of the Beresfords Group, Paul Beresford.
He added: “We are absolutely delighted to be taking home silver for Website of the Year. From the outset, the creation of our new website has been client focused, and we all worked strategically to launch an optimised site that is working as hard as possible for our end user.

From speed to SEO
The Website of the Year category was judged by a 30-strong panel of industry experts and all entries were required to demonstrate innovation, functionality, speed, user experience and the compatibility of the company website on all devices.
Technical aspects including the quality of user experience, SEO, speed and business and revenue growth since launch were also taken into account during the judging process.
Hosted at London’s premier venue, The Grosvenor House Hotel on Park Lane, the Negotiator Awards is the leading awards programme for estate and letting agents in the UK alongside their suppliers, and was supported this year by headline sponsor Zoopla, alongside a host of category sponsors.
