An unusual and ambitious estate agency in the north has revealed a new branch opening, its second during 2024.

North Residential, which has its headquarters in Harrogate, was established in late 2022 when the Knight Frank team in the town rebranded.

This year it also opened a branch in North Leeds and has now revealed a third branch opening, in Ilkley.
Last year it opened an office in Pocklington, saying it had ‘ambitious’ plans to grow, and also a branch in Northallerton.

Its latest office is headed up by Lucy Crane who joins North Residential as a director having worked for Strutt & Parker in Harrogate for almost 10 years.

Having lived in Ilkley since she was a child, clients will benefit from her in-depth local knowledge of the area, combined with her wealth of national experience selling premium homes.

The expansion into Ilkley comes after the businesses’ successful opening of the North Leeds branch earlier in the year, with newly appointed equity directors and former Knight Frank seniors, Emma Kingham and Harriet Cheshire at the helm, who were both previously part of the Knight Frank Harrogate team which rebranded to create North Residential.
