Property industry challenge launched for Breast Cancer Now
Women in Estate Agency is recruiting property industry professionals to join them in the latest fundraiser in memory of late committee member, Sarah Edmundson.
The Women in Estate Agency (WiEA) group is calling on estate agents across the UK to join them in the Lake District Ultra Challenge® on 7 June 2025, raising funds in memory of their late committee member and dear friend, Sarah Edmundson (pictured).
The organisation aims to recruit at least 50 estate agents from across the UK to conquer either the 29km Quarter Challenge or the 10km Ambleside Loop, with all proceeds going towards Breast Cancer Now.
Those participating in either challenge will experience the breathtaking beauty of the Southern Lake District, including the Garburn Pass and Rydal Water, while pushing their limits and having a great day for a good cause.
Hope and hospitality
As a thank you for giving hope to those affected by breast cancer, hospitality and transfers will be provided from the Kendal basecamp along with an optional celebratory picnic in Ambleside after the event, complete with medals, commemorative t-shirts and champagne.

“We urge estate agents nationwide to join us in this fabulous challenge,” says Verona Frankish, Chair of WiEA. “It’s a chance to kick-start 2025 with a commitment to personal well-being and to honour Sarah’s memory by supporting Breast Cancer Now. Together, we can make a real difference.”
Sarah Edmundson, who was the owner of Estate Agency Allstars and CEO of Agents Together, sadly lost her battle with breast cancer last year.
