Big estate agency signs new Zoopla listings deal
Property management giant JLL's Lucy Morton heralds a three-year contract with Zoopla, after fast-growing Lomond did likewise.

JLL has signed a new three-year deal with Zoopla, just a few weeks after Lomond also penned a contract with the portal.
Zoopla says it will support JLL with its ambitions for this year, which include driving more valuation leads, increasing its volume of applicants and supporting the pipeline of new residential development in London.
New features
JLL will continue to benefit from the property website’s suite of products with the portal’s ‘Weekly Featured Properties’ driving particularly strong results for JLL in 2024, including a 49% increase in views.
A ‘Property of the Week’ label has been added to these listings to drive more views. JLL will also use its training via ZooplaPro to help admins, managers and assistant managers.
Fast-growing Lomond Group signed a new two-year deal to list its properties via its 14 brands on Zoopla, earlier this month.

“The enhanced tools and insights provided by the portal have already delivered strong results, helping us to generate high-quality valuation leads and connect with motivated buyers and renters.”

Alex Rose, Commercial Director at Zoopla, says: “Over the past 12 months, the Zoopla team has made significant strides in enhancing lead quality, and it’s fantastic to see this recognised by a leading player in the property industry like JLL.”
