Growing national estate agency signs new two-year Zoopla deal

Lomond Group's 14 estate agency brands will get fresh deal when marketing their sales and lettings properties via the portal.

One of fastest-growing estate agency firms in the UK has signed a new two-year deal to list its properties on Zoopla.

Lomond Group, which has both been acquired itself recently but continues to hoover up estate agencies as part of its ongoing acquisition programme, will continue to advertise on the portal via its 14 leading brands both for sales and lettings

These include recently acquired KFH but also DJ Alexander, John Shepherd, Linley & Simpson, Brand Vaughan, Thornley Groves, Miles & Barr and Charters.

Zoopla says it will support Lomond in achieving its ambitions for 2025 including growing its stock and gaining further data and insights on performance and the wider market, while the business will also capitalise on Zoopla’s latest marketing campaign, which aims to drive more motivated movers to agents.

Branches will also get access to the portal’s Valuation Booster and Featured Agent products and get tailored support and advice on how to get the most out of their Zoopla membership.
