Comedy star hosts quirky Zoopla videos
Stand-up comedian Farah Sharp is fronting a new series of social media video shorts for the portal, which also feature local agents.

Rising comedy star Farah Sharp has teamed up with Zoopla to host a new series of videos showcasing quirky properties.
The social media video shorts called ‘Show Me a House’ also feature a local agent discussing the home with Sharp.
Zoopla says the videos give agents the opportunity to reach a wider audience through social media.
Entertainment first
Each video consists of a house tour delivering “entertainment-first property content” to fresh audiences across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, the portal says.
Throughout the series, Sharp and the Zoopla team will travel around the UK to meet local agents and find the nation’s most interesting property listings.
Three episodes are already live, and are generating “strong cut-through”, Zoopla says, with over 70,000 views across social media channels including TikTok and Instagram.
‘Bank robber’ house
Episode one features Hamptons estate agent Mark Breffit (main picture, with Farah Sharp), who showcased a viral ‘bank robber’ pink house on sale in Notting Hill for £1.25 million, which features a unique rooftop terrace.
Meanwhile, episode two features Simon Stone from Unique Property Company who shows Sharp around a historic home in London that’s just seven feet wide.
For agents with unique homes, this is a fantastic opportunity to boost the reach of their listings.”

Joby Russell, VP of Marketing at Zoopla, says: “For agents with unique homes, this is a fantastic opportunity to boost the reach of their listings and generate more interest from prospective buyers.”
Breffit, Senior Advisor at Hamptons Private Office, says: “It’s exciting to be part of a project that not only gives a behind the scenes look at some of the best houses on the market, but also showcases the human side of estate agency.”
Zoopla is on the hunt for more unique properties to feature in season one, and agents interested in submitting a property for consideration can fill in this form.
