Andrews Property Group, celebrating its 70th anniversary, presented 30 staff awards at a glittering event at BAFTA in London. Alan Dedicoat, the ‘voice of the balls’ on the National Lottery, was the host.

Recognising everything from financial performance to customer service; individual managers to ‘rising star’ staff members, the awards are a highlight of the company’s year.

The highlight was the Directors’ Award, presented to Keith Miles of the Bath Bear Flat branch who, since moving to that branch four years ago, has ensured it remained the most profitable branch in the business and increased cross referrals to other parts of the group.

Keith said, “Andrews is a business that instills the desire in all its team members to do their best and achieve their full potential and beyond. Being recognised for my work at the Bear Flat branch is an enormous honour and I feel very privileged to receive this award, but I really couldn’t have done it without the team around me.”
