Charitable trust agency restructures for growth
Andrews Property Group re-sets its executive team to build upon its recent turnaround in performance and drive future growth.
The 80-year-old charity-owned agent, Andrews Property Group is restructuring its executive to further drive growth and performance, following a £1.9m swing from loss to profitability, it has announced. The group has branches across the South of England.
David Powell moves to Chief Executive Officer, bringing with him 26 years’ experience within the industry, predominantly in leadership roles. He performed a key role in the group’s turnaround and recent acquisition of HomeLets Bath, which positions him to lead Andrews Property Group’s next phase of market growth, the company says.
Company culture
Simon Cheetham will moves from Chief Operations Officer to the newly created role of Chief Purpose Officer and join the board. He has been central to improving the group’s culture, leading to a significant improvement in the company’s staff retention.
Jonathan Poole will become Chief Financial Officer, building on his role as Finance Director. He will be responsible for maintaining the group’s strong financial performance and ensuring continued alignment between the property business and charitable trust to ensure cohesive operations.
