Need cash to get qualified? New generous bursaries revealed
The Propertymark Trust has extended its Class of 25 initiative and is inviting applications from those looking to gain industry qualifications, with bursaries available of up to 100%.

Following the successful launch of their Class of 25 initiative at the beginning of the year, Propertymark Trust has announced that a second tranche of bursaries is being made available for those seeking to obtain Propertymark qualifications.
Anyone interested in completing the Level 3 qualification in either sales, lettings or property management must apply before September 30th and provide a statement on why this is important to them.
A strictly limited number of scholarship bursaries for 25%, 50%, 75% and 100% of the costs of learning materials, Propertymark membership and examination fees will then be allocated.
Opening up
Feedback from the initial group has been excellent with Elise Beauchamp who works in residential lettings in Somerset saying: “I’ve been really enjoying my level three course so far. The material is super informative, I’ve referred back to it several times already. The exam process is user friendly and I’m really excited for the opportunities that will be open to me once I’ve qualified.”

Chair of the Education Group at the Propertymark Trust, Michael Day said: “We are delighted to be able to extend this fantastic initiative that will provide a number of individuals with a route into qualifications that, in turn, will help underpin their future careers.”
Applications for scholarship bursaries must be received by the end of September 2025 and the Trustees will conduct interviews during October and select those who are successful.
