Agents using Apex27 and Street will now be able to manage their property board movements directly from within their CRM system, thanks to a new connection between the Agency Express SignMaster3 board management platform and proptech integration hub, GlueDog.

Using the GlueDog Chrome Extension, agents can trigger board orders, removals and updates without leaving their existing workflow. When a property’s status changes in the CRM (such as going live, under offer, or sold), corresponding board instructions are automatically sent to SignMaster3.

Real-time updates from Agency Express then flow back into the CRM, allowing agents to monitor on-street board activity, track stock levels and identify missing or uncollected boards.

Agency Express said the integration is designed to reduce admin time and help agents cut costs associated with lost or unmanaged boards – an ongoing challenge for many firms with high stock turnover.

GlueDog’s Chrome Extension acts as the delivery mechanism for the integration, embedding supplier tools like SignMaster3 directly into the CRM interface. The approach allows agents to use their existing setup without switching between multiple platforms.
