Core Workflows is the latest major new feature from Street.co.uk that lets agencies decide exactly how they want their CRM to work.

The feature introduces guided workflows for two of the most critical processes in estate and letting agency – Property Onboarding and Sales Offer Due Diligence – both fully customisable to reflect each agency’s unique standards and compliance needs.

Step-by-step sequences
With Core Workflows, agency owners can build detailed, step-by-step sequences for key tasks – from Anti-Money Laundering verification and Proof of Funds checks to signed Terms of Business – and mark specific actions as mandatory before listings or offers can progress. This ensures compliance and consistency are never left to chance.
The feature also introduces real-time oversight dashboards for managers, showing the status of every onboarding and offer in one place, helping identify bottlenecks, maintain accountability, and speed up completion times.
