Just weeks after its buyer management product launch, Rex Software has unveiled another major innovation – a dedicated property management platform, purpose-built for letting agents and property managers rather than retrofitted from sales CRMs.

The new system, Rex PM, is designed to bring automation, compliance and client accounting into one fully integrated platform that works alongside Rex’s existing CRM.

Unlike many “bolt-on” solutions, Rex PM communicates directly with the core Rex ecosystem at key moments in the lettings journey – from tenancy to management – ensuring continuity across departments.
