Property pals open new estate agency in northern town
Two agents and friends have joined forces with local entrepreneur to launch new independent estate agency, Ashburn Lindsay, in Lytham St Annes.
Lauren Ashburn and Nicola Lindsay, have partnered with entrepreneur Natasha Greenley to launch a new independent estate and lettings agency, Ashburn Lindsay, based in the Lancashire coastal town of Lytham St Annes.
The friends bring almost 30 years of combined experience in sales and lettings, while Natasha joins as co-director with a background in business ownership and property investment. The trio say the new agency aims to deliver a more open, people-focused alternative to the corporate models dominating the market.
“We’ve both seen how the industry has changed,” said Lauren. “People want honesty, energy, and agents who really care. We created Ashburn Lindsay to make every move feel easier, clearer, and more personal.”
Local focus
Ashburn Lindsay will offer sales, lettings and property management throughout the Fylde Coast, with the founders confirming they are already working with clients in London as part of their national service.
Their approach centres on clear communication, practical advice and deep local knowledge, supported by longstanding community relationships.
“This isn’t just business, it’s personal,” added Nicola. “Every client, every home and every business matters to us. We’ve built our careers on going the extra mile, and we’re excited to help people move forward with confidence.”
Ashburn Lindsay officially opened this month and is already welcoming new instructions as the team establishes its boutique independent brand both locally and across the UK.
