The Lord Mayor of Bristol, Councillor Jeff Lovell, performed the launch ceremony at Besley Hill Estate Agents’ Bishopston, Bristol, office.

The new franchisees, Joshua Offer (27) and Danny Dean (29), looked on as Councillor Lovell cut a ribbon to mark the official opening of their business at 66 Gloucester Road, Bishopston.

Joshua, a nephew of Besley Hill Managing Director Adam Offer, and and his best friend Danny have taken over the Bishopston franchise after gaining extensive experience working in property.

“We have dealt with everything from room lets to new build apartments to million pound properties in the countryside so there is not much we haven’t been involved with in the property world,” said Joshua.

“We were pleased to have the opportunity of taking over the franchise here because the property market in this area offers us considerable potential to develop the business.”
