Galbraith boosts agency teams with senior promotions
Multiple promotions across property consultancy firm, Galbraith, include key agency and rural roles in Perth and Ayr.
Property consultancy Galbraith has promoted two senior figures within its residential agency and rural teams, as part of a wider round of internal appointments across the business.
Nick Ainscough, based in Perth, and Alice Wilson, based in Ayr, have both been promoted to Director, reflecting their roles across agency and rural disciplines. The move highlights the firm’s continued investment in its estate agency offering alongside its broader land and rural services.
The promotions come as Galbraith looks to strengthen its client-facing teams across Scotland and the north of England, with a particular focus on delivering joined-up advice across residential and rural property transactions.
Recognising talent
Martin Cassels, Chief Executive at Galbraith, said: “I am delighted to recognise the dedication and talent of our teams across Scotland and the north of England, notably in strategic areas such as our rural business stream, commercial property and building consultancy.
“We champion our people-focused culture and having the right people in place providing outstanding advice to clients enables us to plan for the future with confidence.”
Alongside the director-level promotions, the firm has made a series of additional appointments across its estate agency and lettings operations.
Susan Guthrie, who manages estate agency and property lettings in the Scottish Borders, has become Senior Associate, and in Kelso, Janet Birkett will take up the role of Senior Lettings Negotiator, moving from her previous role in the Firm’s Edinburgh office.
Six of the eight promotions to Associate are in the rural team – Alistair Torrance, Edward Fletcher, Georgina Weston, Joey Dunn, Megan Proctor and Rose Nash – while the wider restructure spans commercial, forestry, surveying and business support.
