John Shepherd and Vaughan has announced the appointment of Matthew Reynolds MNAEA as Associate Director. Matthew has many years’ experience in selling and letting property and was a partner at a leading independent agency for 11 years. He is also very experienced in the residential development field and also in the marketing of new homes for developer clients. Peter and Ginny Vaughan are confident that Matthew will be a very capable and valuable colleague based at the Stratford upon Avon office in Warwickshire.

Matthew will be working within the wider John Shepherd group. The company its coverage with an office now open in Sutton Coldfield and soon to launch in Birmingham City Centre, providing further coverage in Warwickshire and West Midlands.
