John Shepherd and Vaughan has appointed Matthew Reynolds MNAEA as Associate Director. Matthew has many years’ experience in both the selling and letting of property and was formerly a partner at a leading independent agency.

He is also very experienced in the residential development field and also in the marketing of new homes for developer clients. Peter and Ginny Vaughan are confident that Matthew will be a very capable and valuable colleague based at the Stratford upon Avon office in Warwickshire.

Matthew will be working closely with his peers within the wider John Shepherd group. The company is continuing to expanding their areas of coverage with an office now open in Sutton Coldfield and soon to launch in Birmingham City Centre, providing further comprehensive coverage throughout Warwickshire and West Midlands.
