Winkworth Franchising Ltd reports excellent growth in 2017, with seven new offices taking its network to 100.

Winkworth opened seven offices in 2017 including three cold starts in Cheltenham, Sunningdale and Surbiton; three conversions in Kingsbury, Dartmouth and Torbay and one office in Milford-on-Sea, opened by an existing franchisee. The New Franchising team had one of its busiest years in terms of enquiries received, with a 26 per cent uplift on 2016.
