Peter and Rani Grieves took on RMC Hardcastles at the end of last year, their fourth acquisition, and set about moving their existing adjacent Martin & Co office into the larger premises, to accommodate the Gloucester portfolio of 600 managed properties.

Peter said, “This acquisition has given us the opportunity to add to our portfolio across Gloucester, as well as boosting Martin & Co’s presence in the city with a larger, up-to-date office.

“We wouldn’t rule out further acquisitions, but at the moment we’re placing our focus on continuing to build Martin & Co in Gloucester, alongside our other offices in the South West.”

The Grieves also run a Martin & Co branch in Worcester, alongside an office of fellow Property Franchise Group brand CJ Hole.
