Cambridge-based property, professional services and auctioneering business, Cheffins, has announced senior promotions as the firm goes from strength-to-strength.

Promoted to Director are: Suzi Smith (left), HR, Finance and Administration; Sharon Hamilton (right), Marketing and Lynsey Butcher (below), Accounts and Finance. These promotions follow a review of the firm’s progression structure for support staff. Simon Gooderham, Joint Managing Partner, Cheffins says, “These promotions are in recognition of the key work carried out within Cheffins by our core support team. These areas are essential to ensure that the company continues to be a leader within its field and to assist with the strategic growth of Cheffins.”

In addition, Ryan Bourgaise (right), head of Cheffins’ Haverhill office, has been promoted to Director. Mark Peck, Head of Residential Sales, says, “Ryan has been instrumental in the growth of the Cheffins Haverhill office in a very competitive market place. He is supported by a very able sales and lettings team which has become a force to be reckoned with in Haverhill, he thoroughly deserves this promotion.”

Elsewhere in the firm, several staff members have been promoted to Associate, including; David Bushell, IT services; Sophie Richardson, PR and Digital; Mary Freeman, Machinery Auction Accounts; Ben Thompson, New Business Consultant for Cambridge Lettings and Joe Page from the Machinery Auctions at Sutton.
