Perry Holt & Co, has announced a new structure to provide clients with a great residential and commercial property experience. Residential expert, Alex Sewell, joins Perry Holt to deliver the region’s first multi-discipline property consultancy.

Alex Sewell, Co-Director and Joint Partner has extensive experience of the local market having run Sewell & Gardner since 2002 and will work with Perry to deliver on the company’s growth plans for 2020 and beyond. Perry said, “Alex and I have worked on numerous successful projects in the last 10 years and our business philosophies are very similar. I look forward to working together and realising the growth strategy we have identified. The size of our team has effectively tripled overnight, with marketing, operational and sales support.”
