Outsourced viewings supplier Viewber says it is now working with auctioneers which between them hold over half of all lots offered for sale at the moment including firms of all sizes throughout the UK.

The claim is backed up by The Essential Information Group, the leading auction lots portal for consumer in the UK aggregating information on 35,000 properties about to go under the hammer at any time from over 350 auction houses.

Viewber’s property viewings service is now offered via the portal to over half of these auction houses to complete both viewings and pre-marketing visits to take pictures and capture property details.

As well as offering house hunters a platform on which to find lots for sale via its online search, the platform offers auction houses a suite of services including data analysis and software to power their auctions and, in some cases, live online auctions too.

Viewber offer a flexible viewing service for an industry that works to very tight timelines with some lots being marketed for as little as two weeks prior to auction day.”
