Operating in Surrey and Hampshire since 1991, Bridges, synonymous with selling and letting properties of all types has continued their expansion with the acquisition of the highly regarded Orchard Sales and Lettings office in Camberley.

Taking the staff as part of the acquisition Bridges will retain the Orchard brand and add it to their existing network of local offices, now giving them nine offices in seven locations.

Group MD, Carlo Stochetti says, “Nigel Allen and the team have an incredible reputation, with the same values and culture as us when it comes to customer service and the local community. We are delighted to add Orchard to our group and believe this shows our ambition with a focused and measured expansion plan in the current market.”

James Baldry MD, Sales at Bridges added, “The acquisition of Orchard complements our network perfectly at the head of the Blackwater Valley. With offices in Aldershot, Farnborough, Frimley, Fleet and Farnham our aim is to give the consumer a local network of offices from which they can benefit whether they are looking to buy, sell or rent.”
