Bruton Knowles has confirmed ambitious expansion plans within the utility sector, appointing three specialist experts and relocating to a larger office in Bristol.

The national property consultancy, which opened its 12th office in Bristol just five years ago, has seen tremendous growth, particularly within the utilities sector, and is now relocating to a larger office in Bradley Stoke, North Bristol, to help bolster and expand its service.

Bruton Knowles has also appointed Senior Lands Right Technician, Chris Cornfold and recent graduates, Ben Johnson and Doug Oldfield as Junior Lands Right Technicians.

Chris joins the Bristol team with eight years’ experience in utilities , having worked for Bruton Knowles’ long-term client, National Grid.

As part of his new role, he will be responsible for Bruton Knowles’ role in the Hinkley Point C nuclear power station project in Somerset, currently the consultancy’s largest utilities project.

James Bailey, Managing Partner at Bruton Knowles said, “Utilities is a significant area of growth and expansion for Bruton Knowles and the appointment of industry-respected experts with specialist knowledge will allow us to meet demand efficiently, while responding to a market which is always changing and evolving.

“This is a very exciting time for Bruton Knowles. We have the resources to support clients on a national level and I look forward to the continued development of the Bristol team.”
