Connells has announced it senior team line-up for its much enlarged lettings business following the acquisition of Countrywide in March.
This includes to promotions and a hire and is taking place as Connells Group announces a nine-percent leap in market share within the lettings sector.
The new hire is Chris Beckwith (top, left) who left Foxtons in March this year to join Purplebricks as its Chief Sales Officer only to quit just over a month later.
Beckwith joins Connells in the newly-created role of Lettings Managing Director, He will be responsible for Lettings in Barnard Marcus and the Group’s Connells and Sequence business in the south.
The two promotions are Mark Chatterton (top, left), who becomes Group Lettings Operations Director, taking overall control of the combined Connells and Countrywide back office functions, and Andrew Culverwell (top, middle).
Compliance
Culverwell was previously Countrywide’s Head of Compliance and has been appointed as Group Lettings Technical Director, taking responsibility for lettings processes and compliance across the group.
Also, Chris Beckwith, a well-known and experienced figure in the industry, joins in the newly created role of Lettings Managing Director, responsible for Lettings in Barnard Marcus and the Group’s Connells and Sequence business in the South.
