A new conveyancing service has launched that reduces transaction times by 28% compared to the national average and fall-throughs by a staggering 75%, it is claimed.

Spaciable Legal is available to agents, home buyers and sellers as well as its core market, new homes developers, and is part of the Spaciable app and online service created by Classic Folios.

The service is a partnership between Classic Folios and conveyancing platform WeCOMPLETE and, the two say, will help anyone hoping to complete before the stamp duty holiday extension ends on 31st June.

“With the risk of sales not being completed by the stamp duty deadline and the pandemic highlighting the need for conveyancers to digitalise their processes, Spaciable Legal was created as an effective solution to relieve some of the strain that the housing market is facing in these challenging times,” says David Graydon (pictured), Managing Director of Classic Folios.

“The platform provides both housing providers and customers with an optimal five-star customer service experience at a time where face-to-face interaction can be difficult to achieve, offering everything required for a seamless journey at their fingertips.

“Our partnership with WeCOMPLETE will strengthen our offering and we look forward to helping developers speed up their reservation to completion process.”

Spacialble Legal enables buyers and sellers round-the-clock access to the various stages on the conveyancing process.

This includes finding the best legal team for their needs, minimising costly delays caused by slow responses to legal queries and also see queries, quotes, anti-money laundering checks, contract exchanges and payments
