Countrywide boosts land and new homes following Connells ‘integration’
Division's boss says his Residential Development team is 'fortunate' to now have significant backing of 'senior management'.
Countrywide’s Land and New Homes division says it is set to expand its business after receiving ‘significant investment’ following the estate agency’s acquisition by Connells in March.
The most obvious evidence of this includes the company’s decisoin to hire six new staff and promote two existing team members as it seeks to strengthen its land offering, with further hires expected next year.
Its latest new hires include Paul Curtin, who returns to Countrywide after six years away at Spicerhaart, in the newly-created role of Head of Land.
To support the land team, Paul is joined by Stewart McMillan also a former Spicerhaart senior figure, and Declan Toomey appointed as Senior Land Managers, with Elliss Morgan and Robert Cude appointed as Land Managers.
Further appointments in the wider land and new homes team include Joanna Barraclough, joining as a New Homes Divisional Director for the South, as well as Nathan Butler, who is promoted to New Homes Divisional Director for the North.
Finally, Paul Adams has been promoted to Head of New Homes for the company’s Central South & Wales region.
