Customer service excellence for Churchill Estates Management

After being shortlisted in five categories at the ARMA Ace Awards 2023, Churchill Estates Management (CEM) was recognised for its outstanding customer service.

The property management industry’s prestigious awards were attended by over 550 property professionals, celebrating excellence and exceptional achievement by the UK’s leading residential managing agents and suppliers, and the work of their people in improving the lives of leaseholders across the country.

CEM Area Manager, Jackie Ashenden, won the Outstanding Customer Service Award for an individual, recognising her exceptional support for Churchill Owners and Colleagues across the South East region.

Completing a clean sweep of the Outstanding Customer Service categories, Churchill’s own dedicated Careline Support business also won the Outstanding Customer Service Award for a company. This was a first major industry award for Careline Support since the business was launched less than three years ago.

The company was also shortlisted in three other categories: Managing Agent of the Year; On-site Staff Member of the Year (Maria Turner, Trewin Lodge); and Service Charge Accountant of the Year (Tom Corlett).
