Gascoigne Halman, is celebrating after been named the one of the highest-ranking businesses for customer service by review platform, Feefo.

The estate agency, which has 23 offices across Cheshire, South Manchester and the High Peak, uses Feefo’s online platform specifically for customer feedback on its mortgage services.

The firm has won the Feefo Gold Trusted Service Award 2023, an independent seal of excellence, which recognises businesses that consistently deliver a world-class customer experience. The company is also one of just 32 businesses to receive a Feefo Exceptional Service Badge, recognising its dedication to providing outstanding customer service.
