Paul Rogers explains how the introduction of a financial services proposition within an agent’s business could lead to more satisfied customers, more instructions and recommendations – and more income.

We do the same for our sellers, as well as our landlords, encouraging them to meet our Financial Consultant to see if we can improve their mortgage deal or protection products. We have a good landlord portfolio so this has worked well for us.

Positive feedback, results and revenues

The response from our customers has been great too and the fact that we’ve now got two Financial Consultants, who are employed by Embrace, and a third being recruited, says it all.

FS business is good and so too is the revenue we’ve generated as a result.
