A huge search is on in Norfolk to find a missing estate agent after 23-year-old Chelsie Dack disappeared from her home in the early hours of yesterday morning.
Search teams in Gorsleston-on-Sea near Great Yarmouth spent the day looking for the estate agent, who works at the Great Yarmouth office of seven-branch firm Howards Estate Agents as a sales negotiator.
The search yesterday included the regional emergency rescue helicopter, which was spotted by locals flying up and down the nearby coastline looking for Dack, while the RNLI Lifeboat crew have also been involved as well as local police.
Her mother Dawn Howell turned to Facebook to appeal for help finding her, describing Chelsie as slim, 5ft 7in with bright pink shoulder-length hair.
“My daughter has gone missing, and I’m out of my mind with worry. Everyone is out looking including police,” she said, adding that she did not think her daughter had become depressed following the Coronavirus lock-down.
Out of the ordinary
“It’s very out of the ordinary as she is the most bubbliest person. She really is so happy and cheerful.”
A Norfolk Constabulary spokesperson said: “Searches are being carried out in the local area and officers would like to hear from anyone who may have seen Chelsie and knows of her current whereabouts,”
“Anyone with information should contact Norfolk Police immediately on 101.” Police are also asking for anyone with CCTV footage locally to come forward.
