Aston Chase award
The annual YN (Young Norwood) Charity Dinner at The Lancaster in London raised £220,000.
Now in its 10th year, the 2016 event was the biggest yet with an evening of top entertainment, dinner and networking with 700 professionals celebrating the achievements of the YN attendees aged between 21-35.
In a decade the YN Property Awards Dinner has raised funds for Norwood’s vital services that help disadvantaged and disabled Jewish families and children.
For Simon Deen, who received the ‘YN Residential Agent of the Year’ award, it was a double celebration, having recently been promoted to Director of New Homes at Aston Chase, where he has been working for 12 years. Simon says, “In the 10 years that I’ve been attending The YN Property event it’s gone from strength to strength. From 150 guests and £30k raised in 2006, to nearly 700 people and over £200k raised in 2016 is a tremendous achievement. To win the award for YN Residential Agent of the Year on the 10th anniversary was a special accolade, one which I’m understandably very proud of.”
