Lomond is a fast-growing network of regional estate agency and lettings brands across the UK and has doubled in size over the last three years as a result of 50+ acquisitions.

EXPERIENCE

Ennis brings over 25 years of industry experience and expertise after numerous successful roles at Foxtons and most recently as Chief Executive of central London estate agency Chestertons.

He joins Lomond at a time when the company is continuing to expand its existing footprint and in advanced discussions to enter new regions within the UK and in particular London.

The group now has more than 45,000 properties under management worth over £14 billion and has major hubs in core rental markets including Aberdeen, Birmingham, Brighton, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Leeds, Manchester, Portsmouth and Southampton.

Ennis will join the senior management team at Lomond and work directly with Ed Phillips, the Group Chief Executive.

WIDER MARKETS

Phillips says: “Attracting someone of John’s calibre and experience is a hugely important part of our strategy to expand into wider markets and opportunities around the UK and especially London.

“Given the significant size and scale of the Lomond Group now, it’s crucial we add strength to the senior management team to enhance our ambitious plans; we see John’s appointment as key in delivering these plans and the next stage of our growth.”

Ennis adds: “Lomond is the most exciting property business in the UK with ambitions to continue its rapid expansion.

“I look forward to working with the Ed and the regional teams within Lomond, to continue to deliver a market leading network in key cities and areas across the UK.”
