Former Knight Frank branch turned indy launches premium lettings arm

North Residential has launched a dedicated premium lettings service as it continues to expand its portfolio and regional presence.

A rental support team with decades of experience is now in place at the Yorkshire estate agency to provide a service that aims to find tenants that are prepared to pay a premium rent on a flexible contract to retain the ability for a buyer to have vacant possession.

PROVED SUCCESSFUL

It is not a service currently offered in Yorkshire but the concept has already proved successful.

The expert service will provide more options for clients in realising best value in their property transactions and more flexibility for buying and selling depending on market conditions.

Harlan Pollitt, a founding Director at North Residential, says: “We are pleased to introduce our new lettings division as we strive to provide a one-stop solution for our clients.

North Residential is the re-brand of the former team of Knight Frank in Harrogate which moved to become independent in September last year.

With office locations already in Harrogate, Pocklington, and Northallerton the agency is planning further openings in Leeds and York soon.
